Rumours of USA Restaurants and Fast Food Stores Coming to Australia

There are always rumours of who and what restaurants from American that may opens it’s doors in Australia. Here are the latest ones I’ve discovered:

June 2023 – Dave & Busters – the rumour is they are looking to open 5 stores in Australia
May 2023 – Wendy’s Burgers – I really think this is a rumour, I’ve not read anything concrete as yet but the rumour is Wendy’s Burgers has it’s eyes set on Australia. Again.

USA Fast Food Stores that have come and gone

Sadly there have been some USA Fast Food Favourites that have come and gone from our shores:

Wendy’s Burgers – bought by Hungry Jacks founder but then shut down in the 1980s (thanks D for info)
Denny’s Resturants – here briefly in the 1980’s (thanks D for that info)
